Everything about her was really unusual, rst of all, of course Guruji Vilasnath, which we accompanied in this “European Yatra”. A unique person, a real sadhu, artist and author of many books, a physicist by training. … We really are very lucky to be with him, because he never said “just because” in his every word felt experience and deep knowledge (much more than we could learn, but we tried). Thus, we come to Germany for the opening of the European Academy of Tibetan medicine and yoga. Guruji Vilasnatha invited as an honorary member of the Academic Council of the Academy and of course because it is a large and ancient tradition of yoga – Natha Sampradaya. The event was held in the Berlin suburb in a picturesque place – in Ayurvedic hotel, on the one hand that surround the forest, and on the other – 22 lakes. Despite the fact that it was -10, the sun was shining and there was no snow anywhere in the forest was green moss, and everything was more like autumn.

Initially, we met with the participants of the event, many of whom were scientists, doctors of science. Guruji, and I was at the same time, introduced with advanced scienti c concept of fractal structure of the universe, the scaling Global, with the point of contact of science and the spiritual realm, the subtle energies. The result was a very interesting discussion, especially because Guru Vilasnath really understood what it was about and ask tough questions. After the relaxing and exploring the solemn moment came the opening of the Academy, where Guruji Vilasnath spoke about the bene ts of yoga in the tradition of Nath and the prospects of its development in Europe

Following the course was Latvia – there is expected a full program: several seminars, numerous interviews in newspapers, magazines and TV. The most important point was the discovery of Guru Mandir Gorakshanath in Riga called “Natha Yoga Sadhana Kendra”, but more on that below. The rst was a workshop in the center of the Buddhist “Land of love and compassion”;there is also the Latvian State Academy of Tibetan medicine and yoga, has been working for about 3 years. That’s why people come to satsang quite trained, familiar with many of the concepts of Tibetan and Indian yoga.

There were about 40 people asked questions on the merits, so get lively and interesting. As well as the Moscow satsang, Guruji had a small puja with Arati and blessed all on chanting Gorakshanath. In between workshops journalists do not depart from Guruji Vilasnatha. And although they are usually asked the same questions, Guruji gave unique answers, each time a little new lighting theme. Sheltered from the people and journalists, we still managed to enjoy the snow covered nature of Riga and even meet a sherman who had been in India

The second lecture was in the great hall for a wide range of interests.

Listeners, and there were about 200 gathered very di erent, so the lecture was devoted to the basics of yoga, history Natha tradition, people mainly interested in the answers to the pressing questions of life, the solution to their problems. As always, asked about the 2012 (just imagine that this question asked each (!) Journalist, he was asked at each seminar .

The next day was devoted entirely to opening Nathovskogo Mandir, on the occasion of which Guruji Vilasnath and Yoga Girnarnath had full Gorakshanatha puja and then Agnihotra.

Guruji expressed condence that in the future in this temple Nath will be regularly conducted arati and larger puja mandir and the doors will be open to anyone who follows the path of yoga. Thank you very much for this opportunity my gurubhayam – Girnarnathu, Achintyarupanathu, Mahavirnathu and Lalitambike!

Latvian nathas prepared as a large murti Gorakshanath a new mandir, so the next morning we went to the Academy of Fine Arts, where he met Yogi Vilasnath sculptor. He gave much needed advice, and, moreover, he corrected some statue.

What is interesting, workshop, where we are working on the statue Gorakshanath– very peaceful and bright place, all thoughts immediately disappeared, it was clear and easy … as if there was already present Gorakshanath. Last seminar was held in a yoga center hall “Rainbow 2005”. Despite the fact that it was the third seminar of Yoga Vilasnatha in Riga for the last 4 days, it accounted for 60 people, and there were many new people. It was evident that many practicing yoga, there were several well-known instructors Hatha Yoga.

Before the seminar Guruji had to give 3 interviews, talk to many people who turned to him on speci c issues. During our stay in Latvia to Guruji drew a lot of people with personal requests and problems, and he never refused, nding a solution for everyone – sometimes subscribed Ayurvedic recipes, sometimes recommended to read the special mantras or Kawachi, and just helped wise advice. There were those who turned to Guruji for spiritual guidance – they received mantra diksha and became his disciples. In general, the trip was very interesting and informative for everyone. We would like to thank our Guruji Yoga Matsyendranatha because he found the opportunity to invite us Vilasnatha Yoga, for all his e orts on the development of traditional yoga in Russia and Europe.
